Job Description:

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.


  • Be responsible for educating, developing & nurturing prospects
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research, and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Qualify, set appointments & for management to connect with potential clients
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social media mediums
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with the management
  • Collaborate with team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application


To be successful at this role you will need to be:

  • A self-starter with a background in US-based Business-to-business sales (preferably in the recruitment space)
  • Not Afraid to pick up the phone, this is an outbound calling position.
  • Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients from several different backgrounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Time Management Skill
  • Highly Organized and Strategic thinker
  • Effective in-person and electronic\communication ability
  • High energy & ability to work on several\projects simultaneously and methodically
  • Desktop or laptop, Core i5 above or equivalent - 8GB RAM
  • at least 25mbps internet speed
  • Noise-canceling Headset
