This position will support executive-level, full cycle recruitment. Will help execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes, and drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain our clients as the employer of choice.



Responsibilities


  • Sourcing and pipelining
  • Coordinates social process
  • Builds knowledge of key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow
  • May assist recruiter with screening candidates
  • Facilitation of Interview Process
  • Screens resumes and recommend candidates to recruiter for further screening
  • Consulting
  • May consult and offer guidance to hiring managers on the 7-Step Hiring Process - with direction from others - to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Facilitating Offer and Start
  • May assist through closing req upon acceptance, and moves candidates through to onboarding stage
  • May negotiate offer by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
  • May require guidance and support, depending on complexity of negotiation
  • Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate
  • May extend the offer and ensure that candidates fully understand the offer
  • May manage candidate background checks through outside vendor, as well as employee re-verifications as required
  • Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes
  • Own and drive research and sourcing efforts to discover previously unmapped or overlooked executives
  • Execute on search strategies, new pipeline development, and industry trends and insights
  • Compile extensive and fluid market maps, target lists, and research materials
  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and Owler
  • Manage and maintain all market maps, research materials, job descriptions, scorecards, and related documents
  • Research trends in hiring to stay on top of best-in-class executive sourcing and hiring practices
  • Drive research on multiple executive-level searches across a variety of industries and functions
  • Innovate on ways to build strong leadership pipelines, evolve existing processes and playbooks to develop creative engagement strategies
  • Conduct white-glove, confidential outreach and be the first point of contact between us and the candidate
  • Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them over the longer term
  • Compose detailed candidate profile summaries for candidates



About You


  • 3-5 years of experience in research, sourcing, and/or executive recruiting
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes in a growth company
  • Experienced in target list creation, market mapping, and developing materials based off effective industry research
  • Keen ability to identify talent, get up to speed quickly on projects, and proactively learn about industries/companies of relevance
  • Agile and able to balance a high volume of searches simultaneously, while retaining top quality results
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (Loxo, JobDiva, etc)
  • Cultivates innovation. Has practiced and made decisions on using different candidates selection methods, implementing new ones as the company scales.
