Talent Sourcers use their knowledge of the client, the mandate, and their prior experience to lay the groundwork for a successful search. They set the search strategy, identify target organizations most likely to yield qualified candidates, and understand job titles and reporting relationships to home in on the “right” person to pursue on behalf of their clients.



This position will support the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the sourcing policies, framework and processes, and drive constant passive and active candidate flow to build candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities


  • Sourcing and pipelining of candidates on 6-10 searches at a time
  • Builds knowledge of key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow
  • Screens resumes and recommend candidates to the recruitment team for further screening
  • Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes
  • Own and drive research and sourcing efforts to discover previously unmapped or overlooked executives
  • Execute on search strategies, new pipeline development, and industry trends and insights
  • Compile extensive and fluid market maps, target lists, and research materials
  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, Databaes, Job Boards, Passive Research, and Owler
  • Manage and maintain all market maps, research materials, job descriptions, scorecards, and related documents
  • Research trends in hiring to stay on top of best-in-class executive sourcing and hiring practices
  • Drive research on multiple middle management to executive-level searches across a variety of industries and functions
  • Innovate on ways to build strong leadership pipelines, evolve existing processes and playbooks to develop creative engagement strategies
  • Conduct white-glove, confidential research
  • Work with Recruiters and Client Relationship Managers to understand position requirements
  • Build and execute sourcing plans to develop and maintain candidate pipelines

  • Maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system and update client information
  • Coordinate scheduling for Client Relationship Managers and Candidates
  • Ensure high touch candidate/client communication throughout the entire search execution process
  • Spearhead and promote Social Media campaigns using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest and other viable platforms
  • Develop advertising strategies and sourcing channels to build new networks of potential candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing trends
  • Develop a posting schedule and continuously engage with the market place through creative posts on social media



Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing multiple Social Media channels in a business environment AND/OR
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience sourcing, networking and/or recruiting
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills- It will be critical to establish credibility and strong rapport through virtual communication
  • Ability to work pro-actively in a fast paced, target driven environment and perform well under time constraints and changing deadlines
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relationship Management systems (CRM) highly preferred.





About You


  • 3-5 years of experience in research, sourcing, and/or executive recruiting
  • Excellent understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes in a growth company
  • Experienced in target list creation, market mapping, and developing materials based off effective industry research
  • Keen ability to identify talent, get up to speed quickly on projects, and proactively learn about industries/companies of relevance
  • Agile and able to balance a high volume of searches simultaneously, while retaining top quality results
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (Loxo, JobDiva, etc)
  • Cultivates innovation. Has practiced and made decisions on using different candidates selection methods, implementing new ones as the company scales.

  • High level of integrity and strong sense of confidentiality
