Duties

·      Lead and mentor mechanical engineering department design staff, including other licensed MEs, EITs

·      Prepares design documents, including setting up drawings for plans, isometrics, details, riser diagrams, and schedules

·      Design from conceptual through final design, and provide construction support services

·      Work with in-house detailing team during shop drawing process

·      Manage multiple projects and have strong oral and written communication skills

Skills/Requirements

·      Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

·      Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems

·      Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing and ensure design conforms with all applicable codes and client standards

·      Proficiency in latest version of Revit and BIM workflows

Salary Information: $85,000-$150,000 pay commensurate with experience and qualifications
