Minimum Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree or Technical School Degree in computer aided design (CAD) and/or GIS
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• US Citizen
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and typical GIS software
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs such as Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Self-starter capable of completing tasks with reasonable direction

Duties:

• Show up daily and ready to work
• Assist the design and project engineers with development of the engineering documents
• Find and manipulate GIS information to be used in base mapping and exhibits
• Develop the AutoCAD drawings in accordance with firm standards
• Perform field work from time to time with a design engineer
