Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience on large aerospace/manufacturing projects 🌌
• Bachelor's degree in construction preferred 🎓
• Proven expertise in interpreting drawings, specifications, and subcontractor coordination 📐🔍
• Strong grasp of Civil, Architectural, Structural Steel Erection & Concrete QA/QC and scheduling 🏗️⏰
• High Bay Cleanrooms experience is a plus 👨‍🔬
• Proficiency with Procore software is a bonus 📊👩‍💻

Essential Functions:

• Daily oversight and coordination of Civil, Architectural & Structural Concrete and Steel installations, with a keen eye on Quality Control and Safety 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️🏗️
• Documenting/reporting daily trade performance and any delays ⏰📋
• Ensuring project milestones are achieved 🏁
• Safety first! Promoting and overseeing safety procedures for construction activities 👷‍♂️🚧
• Collaboration with subcontractors and crews for a safe and efficient construction environment 🤝
• Keeping the project on track, on schedule, and within budget 📆💰
• Building strong client relationships through effective communication 🗣️👥
• Coordinating and communicating field activities with various departments for a streamlined project execution 📲🏢
• Providing leadership and training to other field team members as needed 🙌👨‍🏭👩‍🏭
