HVACR Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The HVACR Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales growth for the company by

identifying and securing new business opportunities within the HVACR market. This position involves

building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending

suitable cost-effective solutions. The Sales Representative will collaborate with the company’s

management team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sources.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand customer needs and provide effective HVACR solutions.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest HVACR technologies, products, and services.

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of HVACR products to customers.

4. Quoting and Proposal Generation:

- Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for HVACR services with service team.

5. Negotiating and Closing:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with management and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of

new clients, and strategies on new ideas.

7. Market Trends:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions and provide


Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HVACR sales or other mechanical industries.

- Understanding of HVACR systems, products, and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Technical knowledge and education of HVACR systems.
