Director of Sales

Hey there, go-getters! We're on the lookout for a spirited In-Field Sales Manager to join us to manage the Door-to-Door Sales Division.

The In-Field Sales Manager (W2) will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. So, if you thrive on connecting with people, enjoy the thrill of making a sale, and are up for an adventure, this might just be the perfect gig for you.

As the In-Field Sales Manager, your duties will encompass, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Revamp and Develop Canvassing Program.
  • Build and Manage Canvassing Team.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance and Resource Certification.
  • Financial Partnership with the Director of Finance.
  • Utilize Routes CRM System.
  • Foster a Growth-Oriented Environment.

In-Field Sales Manager Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems. PestRoutes experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel daily within territory up to 90% to oversee the Door-to-Door sales team.
  • Great sales, communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

‪ In-Field Sales Manager Required Qualifications:

  • Direct Selling experience in any industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

This is a W-2 position.
