Location: West Bridgewater, MA, with projects across multiple locations in Massachusetts

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Plumbing Project Manager to oversee various projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. The role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and teams, as well as developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to secure future work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and quoting plumbing projects
• Conducting take-offs for equipment, materials, and fixtures
• Coordinating with suppliers for pricing and availability
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervising plumbers and overseeing the growth of the plumbing department
• Ensuring effective communication within the team
• Maintaining a hands-on approach to project management
• Adhering to job site safety standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing estimating and project management
• Proficiency in project management software, with a preference for Procore (training available)
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (can be obtained post-hire)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Professional demeanor and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
