Position: Director of Business Development

Seeking a senior-level BD professional to lead growth efforts, build strategic relationships, and expand revenue. Strong understanding of reconstruction and building envelope systems is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and target markets
• Build/maintain client and partner relationships
• Represent the company at meetings and events
• Align sales efforts with internal teams
• Track project turnover schedules and precon deliverables
• Flag potential issues early and support resolution
• Serve as primary point of contact for preconstruction phase
• Maintain pipeline and track upcoming projects
• Deliver conceptual budgets and early estimates
• Guide handoff from BD to preconstruction
