A growing manufacturing facility near Waverly is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support production scale-up, process reliability, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple product lines.

Role Highlights:

• Design and improve production workflows, including tooling and layout planning
• Support early-stage product launches and process validation
• Drive improvements in cycle time, material flow, and resource utilization
• Analyze and document standard work, BOMs, and routings
• Interface with quality and procurement to ensure smooth production execution
• Participate in lean/Kaizen activities and technical troubleshooting on the floor

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting (open to early-career engineers with relevant co-op/internship experience)
• Proficient with ERP systems, work instructions, and production data analysis
• Knowledge of time studies, root cause analysis, and quality system fundamentals
