Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction projects. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.
• Supervise all aspects of the residential construction process, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and crew coordination.
• Meticulously maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure clear project understanding and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, material reports, and quality control records.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among crew members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in the high-end market.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
