Jeffrey Raymond
President and CEO

Jeff’s firm, Raymond Search Group, is the industry expert in search and recruitment exclusively for the Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, HVACR/R, Building Automation Systems, MEPF, and Manufacturing industries.

Mr. Raymond is known for delivering the top 5% of industry talent to his clients with an unmatched efficiency and network. Clients and candidates alike rely on Mr. Raymond for his recruiting expertise and industry insight.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has a background in construction and is Procore certified in multiple areas. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, ASHRAE, the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR), and The OSHA Education Center Association.

He thrives under pressure and is relentless in the pursuit of his goals.

When he is not taking over the corporate industry, Desmond enjoys spending time with his wife and children exploring hiking trials and mastering the art of fishing.

Therese is a tenured Recruiter and is exposed to the different facets of recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. She aims at helping people have better job opportunities all while making sure the company gets hires who will become its assets.

A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English Language, she decided to branch out from journalism and focus on human resources and recruitment as a career.

In her spare time, she considers herself a mix of a homebody and a travel junkie, since she loves road trips and adventures but can also enjoy just relaxing all day watching movies.

Krixia Lopez

Krixia is an Executive Recruiter in Raymond Search Group, a recruitment firm that uses a consultative approach to understand their clients’ business goals and help candidates advance their careers. Her goal is to meet client’s needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and job positions. She conducts interviews, presents shortlisted candidates and provides profile summaries. Follow up and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.

Previously, Krixia worked as a Recruitment Specialist for an recruitment agency that connects talented, hardworking virtual assistants with Founders around the globe. She conducted on-camera interviews to create a shortlist of qualified candidates, and mediated between candidates and hiring managers.

In her spare time, she loves to go to the beach, explore new cafes, watch series and listen to music. Family time is important to her, so she spends most of her weekends with her family and pets.
