Jeff Raymond

Jeffrey Raymond
President and CEO

Jeff’s firm, Raymond Search Group, is the industry expert in search and recruitment exclusively for the Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, HVACR/R, Building Automation Systems, MEPF, and Manufacturing industries.

Mr. Raymond is known for delivering the top 5% of industry talent to his clients with an unmatched efficiency and network. Clients and candidates alike rely on Mr. Raymond for his recruiting expertise and industry insight.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has a background in construction and is Procore certified in multiple areas. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, ASHRAE, the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR), and The OSHA Education Center Association.

Tet Hernandez
Senior AEC Recruiting Manager

Tet Hernandez is an experienced recruiter in the real estate and property management, real estate industry. She has helped multiple clients in onboarding the best candidates and helping them thrive.

Prior to joining the recruiting industry, she has more than 10 years of proven leadership and operations experience in business process outsourcing. She started as a Customer Support Representative and climbed her way up the corporate ladder.

She’s always been dedicated and lives up to the principle “work smart, not just hard”. Outside of work, she’s managing her family if not baking.

Mara Chhea
AEC Recruiting Manager

Mara is an experienced Architecture, Engineering, and Construction recruiter. She has worked across these industries with 4+ years of combined recruitment experience.

She started her career in university recruitment by doing job fairs working her way up into recruiting soon after her career trajectory. She blossomed by working just on the delivery-end early in her first two jobs.

But, she was up to the challenge soon after to build her book of business by bringing in her clients. She has successfully filled high-level principal to C-Suite software engineering roles for startups and Fortune 500 companies.

In her off time, she loves to cook for family and friends. She is also an avid writer and even published a poetry book available on Amazon.

She is strong in creative and technical mindset and loves helping people make life career choices. She acts as both an advisor and advocate for both her candidates as well clients.

Haira Omanan
Senior Executive Recruiter

Haira Omanan is a recruiter who specializes in the Real Estate Manufacturing industry. She enjoys the professional relationship she makes that comes with recruiting. She finds it very fulfilling, helping clients, fellow recruiters, and candidates find what they are looking for with deep regard to each of their preferences. To her, the balance between structure, flexibility and creativity helps with keeping everything on track.

Haira is built with motivation and persistence to get the job done. Challenges are her avenues to learn new things – an opportunity to continuously improve her craft.

In her free time, she finds herself reading crime-fiction novels, listening to mental health podcasts, and spending time with her beautiful cats.

Mark Cameli
Account Manager

Mark Cameli joins the Raymond Search team as an Account Manager. Mark manages and develops current client relationships. He also sources and seeks new clients. His goal is to establish long term win, win, win relationships for the clients, the candidate and RSG. Mark accomplishes this by applying his many years of related business, client and customer development experience.

Before joining RSG, Mark was responsible for building successful direct and channel sales teams for the last 35 years. During this capacity, Mark leveraged recruiters to find outstanding employees. He understands the critical role the recruiter plays in building a successful company. Mark graduated from Mass College of Liberal Arts with a BS in Business Administration, minoring in Business Marketing.

Outside of his work for RSG, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife of 34 years, their son Nick, daughter Juliana, and Maltipoo Cooper – aka Mark’s office assistant. He enjoys outdoor activities including riding his 22-year-old HD as much as possible throughout the Northeast, hunting in the fall and winter, and fishing off the New England coast.

Mark is really excited to join the RSG team, begin crushing it, and helping out the team as much as possible!

Adam Crump
Executive Recruiter

As an Executive Recruiter and Client Partner at RSG, Adam Crump brings a personalized approach to recruiting that focuses on understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates. With a vast network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of company cultures, Adam identifies top talent quickly and efficiently. He is committed to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. His goal is to add value by finding the perfect match and exceeding expectations through honest communication, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Before joining the RSG team, Adam held the position of Business Account Executive/Solutions Engineer at Verizon, where he earned several awards, including the prestigious President’s Club, #1 Sales Producer of the Year, and Nationwide Top 50 Producer, all achieved year over year. During his tenure, Adam not only led his region’s B2B efforts but also identified and recruited top-tier talent, some of whom later became fellow President’s Club Members. As the market scaled rapidly throughout the region, his directors recognized his leadership abilities and entrusted Adam with the role of Recruiting Director. Adam rose to the challenge and successfully achieved targeted sales staff volume for the first time in market history, generating over 130M in revenue over four years. Driven by a passion for helping professionals discover their next big career opportunity, Adam decided to pursue his career growth in the recruiting world, where he continues to make a difference in the lives of talented individuals. Adam has a BS in Business Administration & Management from University of North Florida.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys golf, fitness, boating, traveling, football (Go Jags!) and spending time with his family.

Cole Flowers
Executive Recruiter

Cole is an executive recruiter specializing in the Engineering and Architectural space(s.) She loves building professional relationships that allow her to help place people in the right position with the right company. She is a triple major in Sociology, Women & Gender Studies, and Psychology. Before recruiting she worked in onboarding, HR, customer service, management, and food & beverage.

She loves new experiences and challenges. She is persistent and extremely motivated to get whatever done that is thrown her way. Her innovation and creativity contributes to her success, and helps her to continuously improve her craft.

In her free time when she isn’t cooking and/or baking for family, neighbors, and loved ones you can find her with her nose in a book. She loves hiking, making music, surfing, and gardening. She is a fur-mom to three, her nieces & nephews favorite “Coco,” and Trivia Night Champion.

Joanna Vicencio
Executive Assistant to the President

Joanna Vicencio joins the Raymond Search team as Executive Assistant to the President. Working closely with Jeff Raymond, Joanna is responsible for many operational tasks. In addition to her day-to-day administrative tasks, Joanna sources and organizes candidate information to assist the recruiting team with presenting qualified candidates to their clients.

Before joining Raymond Search Group, Joanna worked remotely as an Email Support Representative for 3 years. She is no stranger to customer management as she was also a Customer Service Representative for over 8 years and thus transfers those skills to her support role at RSG. Joanna also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys cooking, watching crime documentaries, and playing with her kids.

Jarrett Raymond
Executive Researcher

Jarret Raymond is an Executive Recruiter for the Raymond Search Group. Working across different divisions, Jarret aims to master everything to be truly successful. His main goal is to source, connect, and place qualified candidates in his clients’ open roles. He does this through his determination, tenacity, and willingness to be a team player. He’s hungry for success and will make sure that every candidate and client is satisfied with a job well done.

Before joining the RSG team, Jarrett worked for Comcast GT Promotions and the club scene. He learned valuable skills in this industry and consistently hit his sales goals. He also has entrepreneurial experience as he established and managed his own landscape and maintenance business for 7 years. He received his education from Middlesex Community College in Business Administration.

In his free time, Jarrett enjoys reading, cooking, and working out. Mostly you can fin him spending time with his family or hiking with his wife and dogs.
